Let’s face it, these are some difficult times for everyone. If you are a small business owner or entrepreneur, now is the time to start reaching out to your clients. In some cases, those contacts may be lost through layoffs or restructuring. If that ‘s the case, you’ll want to re-introduce yourself to the companies that you’ve relied on to keep your business moving forward.
We’re seeing more of our customers ordering business cards for new employees while at the same time, refilling inventory for marketing materials such as flyers, postcards and brochures. Receiving a business card in the mail may be more effective than sending an email. A personal letter to the customer and a hard copy of your companies services along with a business card might be the ticket to creating new and lasting relationships.
Times have definitely changed but that doesn’t mean we should stop trying. This is when we need to step up our game and let people know that we are here for them and that we care. We’re all in this together so start making new contacts and building on past relationships, you may find that people are more receptive and appreciative that you took the time to reach out
