I needed my project done almost instantly, and Anthony printed a sample, then promised to get a thousand high-quality business cards done an hour and a half later. For comparison, Fairway's competitors at FedEx and Staples both charged about 25% less, but it would've taken twice as long, they wouldn't use high-quality paper, it took an act of God to get them on the phone, they ignored my emails, they couldn't or wouldn't retouch, and interacting with FedEx in person was very unpleasant.
